Responsible for evaluating assigned patients, creating and adjusting treatment plans aligned with patient needs, goals, and physician guidance. Delegates and supervises therapy services, ensuring development of functional programs for effective return to community activities. Acts as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues. Upholds the organization's Mission Statement and Core Values, including safety and professionalism. Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR Certification; 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience; Licensed and in good standing in the applicable state; no specific job-related experience minimum required. Schedule: Dayshift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week. Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, documents medical records in accordance with regulatory standards, and ensures care delivery under valid physician orders and insurance approval. Engages in student supervision and professional development activities. Adheres to state practice acts and other regulatory requirements, maintaining licensure and continuing education. Demonstrates knowledge of performance improvement initiatives and actively participates in quality enhancement efforts. Float: Float rotation may be required.
