Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Document care in accordance with all applicable guidelines and policies
- Support student training
- Engage in ongoing professional growth
- Adhere to organization’s performance improvement methodologies and safety protocols
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
- CPR certification
- Active Ohio Physical Therapy license
- Ability to complete all state-mandated continuing education requirements
- Prior successful assignment with the agency or organization (highly desired)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with outpatient therapy
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
- Participation in professional development and continuing education
Schedule
- Days shift, 8 hours per day
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
