Travel Physical Therapist - $2,110 per week
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) position in Seattle, Washington. This role involves evaluating assigned patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans according to patient needs, goals, and physician direction. The position ensures functional treatment programs to facilitate effective return to community activities and serves as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues. A commitment to safety, compliance, and professional standards is essential in delivering high-quality outpatient therapy services.
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive evaluations and utilize clinical reasoning to develop treatment plans.
- Document medical records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in student supervision and provide a positive learning environment.
- Maintain licensure and comply with state practice acts and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate organizational performance improvement awareness and engage in professional development activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
- CPR Certification.
- Active licensed physical therapist in Washington state.
- Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization is highly desired.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with outpatient populations and in outpatient clinical settings.
Schedule
- Days shift with 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Assignment duration: 13 weeks, starting 08/17/2026.
