Travel Physical Therapist - $2,110 per week

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Westlake Village, California.

About the role

A great Outpatient facility is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist to join their growing team for a 13-week contract assignment. This position offers 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including evaluating their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with specific, measurable goals based on the patient’s capacity and tolerance under physician direction.
• Set realistic and achievable goals for patients, document and record their condition, and educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods.
• Develop a plan of care for each patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or actively in the process of obtaining licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
