About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of patients in an inpatient setting
- Documentation using EPIC EMR
- Adherence to current BLS/BCLS certification
- Experience with physical therapy from 1 year of recent experience
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist License
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program
Qualifications
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
