Travel Physical Therapist - $2,100 per week

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• At least 1 year full-time Physical Therapy experience within the last 2 years.
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Arizona.
• Passing scores from the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

This role is 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, and starts immediately.
