Travel Physical Therapist - $2,095 per week

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Newark, Delaware. The position starts 11/06/2026, lasts 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week on 8‑hour day shifts. Employment type is travel. Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs, support staff (therapy technicians)
• Bill within the respective setting, following facility guidelines
• Understand and comply with the respective PT board's rules and regulations for the state
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team‑focused plan of care
• Understand adaptive equipment
• Evaluate and create a plan of care
• Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition
• Use Medical Center computer systems for daily tasks
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience (new graduates encouraged; 1 year preferred, with 6 months accepted for exceptional candidates)
• Current BLS certification
• State‑specific Physical Therapist license
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and to bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty

Skills

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
