Schedule
- Days shift, 8 hours per day
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and develop treatment plans based on clinical reasoning
- Maintain accurate, timely medical record documentation including goal setting, functional assessments, and billing procedures
- Participate in student training programs
- Pursue ongoing professional development through continuing education and involvement in professional organizations
- Adhere to all state practice acts and maintain licensure in good standing
- Demonstrate commitment to performance improvement initiatives and safety standards in all daily activities
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School
- 0+ Years of Outpatient Clinical Experience
- CPR Certification
- Active applicable license for the State of New Jersey
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting

- Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization (highly desired)
