Travel Physical Therapist - $2,091 per week

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) that is licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in the state of Georgia to work in the specialty area of Outpatient.

This is a travel contract position in Suwanee, Georgia. The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into job performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Outpatient experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice (or in the immediate process of obtaining).

Schedule

• Start Date: 09/14/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days (5x8 Days schedule)
