This travel position is at Select Specialty Hospital - Columbus South. The contract lasts 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week across 5 shifts of 8 hours each (day shift).

Requirements

• 1 year of Physical Therapy staff experience
• Associate degree or required certifications
• Current state license in Physical Therapy
• Valid State Issued Driver’s License or State ID
