Pride Health is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Portland, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and timely
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs

Skills

• Skilled in providing physical therapy services
• Ability to develop and update treatment plans
• Effective in patient evaluation and direct therapy delivery
• Collaborative and adaptable in working with interdisciplinary teams

Benefits

• Pay package based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
