Health Carousel - Travel Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible in Charleston, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in West Virginia.
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience working in acute care settings is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) preferred.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Shifts are 8 hours, days.
