Travel Physical Therapist - $2,081 per week

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in Hawaii to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care (SNF / LTC) setting.

About the role

This is a 13-week travel contract position with an 8-hour shift, 40 hours per week. The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into job performance.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• SNF / LTC experience required
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice (Hawaii)

Pay

Pay package is based on 8.0-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
