About the role
Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control procedures.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
- Valid Oklahoma License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current registration as a Physical Therapist in Oklahoma.
