Travel Physical Therapist - $2,081 per week

Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Fort Morgan, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Colorado.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Knowledge of orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using medical software and equipment.

Pay

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 10 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
