We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? The posting includes Job Details, Summary, Essential Work Functions, Required Essential Skills, Benefits Include, Why Choose Fusion?, Other Duties Disclaimer (maybe not needed), About Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy (benefits repeated). We need to include only sections with real specific content. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove Job ID, etc. Pay package mention: "Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined." That's vague; not specific amount. Should we include Pay section? The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It states pay package based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hrs per week, but no actual amount. It's vague; maybe we should not include Pay because no concrete pay. Schedule: they gave shift: 8 hours, days; 40 hours per week. That's specific schedule. So we can include Schedule section with that info. Benefits: they list benefits in Benefits Include and also later Benefits section. So we can include Benefits section with those specifics. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no h3 for Travel Physical Therapist. We need to preserve all substantive information. We already have Benefits Include list; we can incorporate these as well. Might be redundant. We'll keep the Benefits Include list as the benefits section; we can also add extra items from that list if not already covered: Mileage reimbursement, Weekly pay, Cancelation protection, Guaranteed Hours, Employee assistance programs, Continuing Education. Those are not in the earlier list. So we should include them. Thus Benefits section will combine all benefits items. Now Schedule section: we have Shift: 8 hours, days; 40 hours per week. Also Duration: 13 weeks; Start Date: ASAP. Could be part of Schedule or maybe a separate "Assignment Details". But we only have headings for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use Schedule for shift/hours/week/duration/start date. Use Schedule heading. We need to avoid Pay section because no concrete pay. We need About the role? Could be the Job Details paragraph. We'll use About the role heading for that. Responsibilities could be Essential Work Functions. Requirements could be Required Qualifications. Qualifications could be Preferred Qualifications? Or we could combine Required and Preferred under Requirements and Qualifications. But we have both headings; we can put Required Qualifications under Requirements, Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications. Skills section for Required Essential Skills. Benefits section for benefits. Schedule section for shift, hours, duration, start date. We also have Summary paragraph; maybe we can include under About the role or as a separate section? There's no heading for Summary; we could incorporate into About the role paragraph. We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each heading has substantive content. Let's craft HTML:
