About the Role
VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a Hospital contract in Gainesville, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans including therapeutic exercises and functional training
- Assist patients with ADLs, transfers, and gait training
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and rehabilitation goals
- Document patient progress and treatment notes accurately in Meditech (Expanse)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient recovery
- Participate in weekend rotation as required
Schedule
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 12 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- Shift: 9 hours, 08:00 - 17:00
