Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Oakland City, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Indiana
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy
