Travel Physical Therapist - $2,046 per week

About the Role

Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel contract opportunity in Salem, Oregon. In this role, you will manage a treatment plan to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses in an outpatient setting. The schedule consists of 8-10 hour shifts, 4-5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with diverse diagnoses in an outpatient setting.

Requirements

• One year of recent experience in Outpatient Physical Therapy (preferred).
• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).
• Active state license in Physical Therapy.
• Must complete drug screen and background screen.
• Supervisory professional references required.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks.

• 8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
• Schedule may include 8-10 hour shifts, 4-5 days per week.
