About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting October 5, 2026, located in Honokaa, Hawaii. The shift is 12 hours, rotating, from 07:00 to 19:00, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Treatment planning and implementation
• Assessment and intervention strategies
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Hawaii
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings preferred

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
