Travel Physical Therapist - $2,018 per week
About the role
This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Days with some weekend shifts required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to diagnose movement dysfunction and design appropriate treatment plans.
- Administer physical therapy treatments in accordance with prescribed plan.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding recovery and physical therapy procedures.
- Document all treatments and patient progress in electronic medical records.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic and neuro settings.
- Experience in inpatient and outpatient physical therapy is preferred.
- MT Physical Therapist license must be in hand.
- Proficient electronic medical records experience is required; EPIC experience is preferred.

Pay
Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
