We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Fairfield Glade, TN. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Deliver high-quality outpatient therapy interventions.
• Maintain productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Manage patient caseloads effectively, seeing 12-14 patients per day.
• Float to other clinics as necessary.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay
