Travel Physical Therapist - $2,016 per week

About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Grants Pass, Oregon. The position offers 36 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and is based in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Guide patients through rehabilitation programs, exercises, and recovery plans.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient outcomes.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Recent Outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication, orthopedic, and patient care skills.
