Travel Physical Therapist - $2,002 per week

About the role

HCS 247 is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sedgwick, Kansas. The position will be a 40-hour per week, 8A-5P shift starting July 30, 2026, and will be a Local/Travel Contract offering the most competitive rates in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current state license to practice physical therapy
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• No new grads

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Skills

• Strong clinical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using medical software and equipment

Pay

The pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
