Focus Staff is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel contract in Atmore, AL. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting. Contract Length: 13 Weeks Start Date: 07/27/2026 Shift: 5x8 Days

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
• Valid AL License.
• BLS Certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current licensure to practice in Alabama.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR).
