Travel Physical Therapist - $1,983 per week

About the role

HCS 24/7 is looking for a Physical Therapist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP. The position is 40 hours per week, 9-hour shifts, and 8A-5P.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records

Requirements

• 40 hours per week
• 9-hour shifts
• Local/Travel Contract
• 1 year of experience required
• No new grads

Qualifications

• Current state license
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN or current EBP

Pay

• Compensation packages are based on 9 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
