Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing clinical reasoning
- Ensure care aligns with physician orders and insurance approvals
- Participate in student supervision and professional development initiatives
- Maintain licensure and adhere to state practice acts and organizational policies
- Follow performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
- CPR certification
- Active applicable license for the state where work will be performed
Preferred Qualifications
- Successful completion of previous assignment with the agency or organization
- Previous experience with the organization
Schedule
- Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
