Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Document clinical notes accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and organizational policies.
- Participate in student programs and provide mentorship.
- Actively pursue professional development.
- Adhere to state practice acts and maintain licensure in good standing.
- Follow organizational performance improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate a commitment to patient and staff safety.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
- CPR certification.
- Active licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
Preferred Qualifications
- Successfully completed an assignment with the agency or previous assignment with the organization.
- Experience in outpatient settings.
Schedule
- Days shift, 8 hours per day.
- Minimum of 40 hours per week.
