Travel Physical Therapist - $1,966 per week

Thrive Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Fargo, North Dakota. This role guarantees 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts, starting on 09/14/2026.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and quality of life.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the treatment process.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and provide guidance on exercises and recovery techniques.
• Document patient care services in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Relevant clinical experience in a similar setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
