About the role
We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to join a skilled nursing facility team on a 13-week travel contract. Assignment begins as soon as possible and offers full-time hours (40 hours per week) on a day shift (8 hours).
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Assist patients in improving day by day through therapeutic interventions.
- Instruct patients on proper exercise techniques and provide stimulation or massage.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
- Current BLS certification.
