About the role
We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. This is a travel assignment with an anticipated start date of ASAP, lasting 13 weeks. The role requires 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ conditions and develop individual treatment plans.
- Assist patients in improving day by day.
- Instruct patients on proper exercise techniques.
- Provide stimulation or massage as part of therapy.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
Requirements
- Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Physical Therapist license in the state of practice (New York).
- Current BLS certification.
