Travel Physical Therapist - $1,961 per week

Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a contract position in Southington, Connecticut. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of practice.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
• Valid CT License.
• BLS Certification.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice in the state of Connecticut.
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
