Travel Physical Therapist - $1,920 per week

About the role

HCS 24/7 is looking for a Physical Therapist in Independence, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Perform therapeutic exercises and treatments.
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians.

Requirements

• Current state license to practice physical therapy.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• No new graduates.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

This will be a 12-week assignment, 8A-5P shift starting 08/17/2026 working 40 hours per week. This will be a Local/Travel Contract.
