Travel Physical Therapist - $1,920 per week

About the Role

A travel Physical Therapist position is available in Lake City, Tennessee. This is a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible, with a schedule of 9-hour day shifts and 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehab Technicians per practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT).
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.

Pay

Pay package is based on 9-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
