About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient role in Garland, Texas. The therapist will manage and treat a diverse patient population while meeting productivity expectations. This is a 13-week travel contract position with the possibility to float to other clinics as needed.

Schedule

• 8-hour day shift
• 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours
• Overtime must be approved by the director before any hours are worked
• Start date: 09/14/2026
• Duration: 10 weeks

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions
• Meet productivity expectations, averaging 60 visits per week
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected

Requirements

• Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• First-time travelers are accepted

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Contract and local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency.
