Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 24, 2026, in Tuba City, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients under the supervision of a physician.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and progress.
• Assess patient conditions and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Rehabilitation Therapist in Arizona.
• At least one year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay
