About the role
LRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Zumbrota, Minnesota. The position will work 35 hours per week, 7 hours per shift, days.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Minnesota
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current certification as a Physical Therapist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 7 hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
