About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 20, 2026, in Marshfield, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Wisconsin
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current physical therapy license in Wisconsin
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)

Pay
The pay package is based on 7 hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
