About the role

The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting July 17, 2026, in Fort Myers, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNF settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience in SNF setting
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer preferred

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in computer software for documentation and scheduling

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
