Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited physical therapy program
- National registration and licensure for the state of practice
- At least 1 year of experience as a therapist in a clinical setting
- Able to communicate effectively in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in home health setting is helpful
Physical/Mental Requirements
- Ability to operate, activate, use, inspect, and position objects and controls
- Frequently communicate and observe
- Maintain physical positioning needed for job tasks
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Direct supervision of assigned employee(s)
- Interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraisals, and fostering employee engagement

Pay Package
