Requirements

• Active and unrestricted professional license(s) and required certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence

• Active Physical Therapy license in Tennessee or ability to obtain one
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a general physical therapy setting
