About the Role
ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Corydon, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
- Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals.
- Document medical records clearly, concisely, and accurately in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Ensure care is provided under signed, valid physician orders within insurance approval.
- Participate in the student program by providing a positive learning environment.
- Actively create a professional development plan and pursue ongoing professional growth.
- Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and maintain professional licensure in good standing.
- Understand the organization's performance improvement methodology and follow through on initiatives.
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
- CPR certification required.
Schedule
13 weeks, 36 hours per week, 12-hour flexible shifts. This is a 5x8.0 schedule position.
