About the Role
ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Georgetown, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive evaluations for assigned patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical record documentation in compliance with guidelines.
- Ensure patient care is delivered under signed, valid physician orders and proper insurance approvals.
- Participate in student program activities, providing supervision and evaluations as needed.
- Actively pursue professional development and maintain licensure in good standing.
- Engage in performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid State licensure for Physical Therapy.
Schedule & Duration
- 36 hours per week, 12-hour flexible shifts.
- 5x8 schedule available.
- 13-week contract position.
