Travel Physical Therapist - $1,863 per week

AHS Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Independence, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an acute inpatient setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Missouri.
• Experience in acute inpatient settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer certification preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current research in physical therapy.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
