Travel Physical Therapist - $1,840 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Eufaula, Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Alabama
• Experience in SNF settings preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 32.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
