About the role
A physical therapist is needed for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, working 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, days.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in Tennessee
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- Master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
- ACSM-CPT certification preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare billing and coding
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
