About the role
Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuing education opportunities to maintain and enhance professional skills.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Mexico.
- At least one year of experience in acute care settings preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems.
