About the role

Prime HealthCare Staffing, a national health care staffing company with over 20 years in the business, is looking for an experienced PT for a travel contract opportunity in Lexington, South Carolina. In an Outpatient setting, the therapist will manage a treatment plan to promote a positive outcome for patients with diverse diagnoses. One year of recent experience in Outpatient is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a treatment plan to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses in an outpatient setting.

Schedule

• 13-week assignment starting 08/31/2026.
• 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
• Schedule may include 8–10 hour shifts, 4–5 days per week.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).
• Active state license.
• Supervisory professional references.
• Must complete drug screen and background screen.
• One year of recent outpatient experience preferred.
