Travel Physical Therapist - $1,822 per week
About the Role
Zack Group is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lakeview, Oregon. This position requires 36 hours per week, with 12-hour day shifts (07:00–19:00). The role is ideal for a licensed Occupational Therapist with at least 2 years of recent experience in the field.
Requirements
- Current or pending state license as an Occupational Therapist (active license in hand required)
- Current BLS and/or specialty certifications for OT
- Minimum of 2 years of recent OT experience
- 2 current leadership references and 1 current co-worker reference
- Ability to pass background check and urine drug screening
- Current resume
Pay
Highly competitive pay rates based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, including a tax-free stipend (amount to be determined).
