About the role
Travel Physical Therapist position available in Franklin, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in Indiana.
- Experience in acute care settings preferred.
- Pass a background check.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
- Knowledge of Medicare billing and coding.
Skills

Pay
